Our Process

1.  Free Consultation

Every project starts with a complimentary consultation with KDS Homes & Interiors to review the scope of the project.

2.   Preliminary Designs

Design is finalized with client, but not for construction.

3.  Partnering with General Contractor/Engineer

Design is brought to GC/Engineer for budget, timeline, etc. with any tweaks needed at that time.

4.  Final Designs Submitted to City/HOA

Final Designs between KDS/Engineer sent to city by GC for permitting.
